摘要
以硅酸钠、硫酸铁和硫酸铝为原料,制备了聚硅硫酸铝铁(PSAFS)絮凝剂,通过正交试验确定了絮凝剂PSAFS的最佳合成条件,并对其性能进行了评价。研究结果表明,当Fe/Si摩尔比为0.25,聚合时间为10 min,反应时间为20 min,反应温度为60℃,Al/Si摩尔比为1.0时,得到的PSAFS絮凝效果最佳,除浊率达到94.8%。制备的聚硅硫酸铝铁的絮凝性能优于工业产品聚合铝,显示出良好的工业应用前景。
A new kind of flocculant PSAFS was prepared, taking sodium silicate, the iron sulfate and the aluminium sulfate as material. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal tests. The results indicated that when the molar ratio of Fe to Si was 0.25, the polymerization time was 10 minutes, the reaction time was 20 minutes, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, and the molar ratio of AI to Si was 1.0, the satisfied flocculation effect was obtained, the removal rate of turbidity achieved 94. 8%. The flocculation performance of PSAFS was superior to that of industrial product-PAC.
