摘要
随着发酵工业的发展,生物反应器目前已采用径流、混流、轴流3类搅拌器。本文分析它们的特点及其作用机理,指出了搅拌器的改进与发酵规模扩大之间的必然联系,特别是轴流搅拌器或轴流与径流混合搅拌器应用于大型生物反应器的优点,可为搅拌器的选择和设计提供依据。
There have been three improved impeller types accompanied with the development of fermentation industry, i.e. radial flow turbine, mixed flow impeller and axial flow impeller. This article analyses their respective characteristics, the mechanisms and principles, indicates the essential relation between the improving of impeller and enlarging of fermentation scale, especially the advantages of axial flow impeller or axial flow and radial flow impeller hybrid system in large scale bioreactor. It will offer some basis to the selection and design of impeller.
