摘要
目的:探讨中国北方地区成人C3～L5椎弓根形态的连续性变化及其地区差和性别差。方法:选用中国北方出土的干燥椎骨(C3～L5)124套(其中男112侧,女136侧),采用人体测量方法,测量了椎弓根的横、矢状径和长度。结果:1.颈椎的椎弓根横径、椎弓根矢状径和椎弓根长(x±s,mm)男性分别为6.12±0.60、7.27±0.85和7.27±0.89,女性分别为5.33±0.79、6.73±0.85和7.29±0.96。胸椎的椎弓根横径、椎弓根矢状径和椎弓根长(x±s,mm)男性分别为6.69±0.65、13.52±0.85和11.46±0.94,女性分别为5.97±0.86、12.38±0.99和11.42±1.03。腰椎的椎弓根横径、椎弓根矢状径和椎弓根长(x±s,mm)男性分别为13.81±0.78、15.71±0.81和12.62±0.95,女性分别为11.71±0.89、14.64±1.09和12.14±1.05。2.椎弓根横径、矢状径和长度均具有明显的性别差。3.中国北方地区与十堰地区的椎弓根的横径、矢状径和长度有较明显的差别。结论:椎弓根的横、矢状径和长度具有明显的性别差和地区差。
Objective： To investigate continuous morphology changes, area difference and sexual difference of pedicle of vertebral arch of C3-L5 vertebrae in north Chinese adults. Methods： 124 （male 112, female 136）sets of dry vertebrae specimen （from 3rd cervical vertebra to 5th lumbar vertebra）, were measured with universal somatometric measurement methods. The transverse, sagittal diameters and length of the pedicle of vertebral arch were measured. Results： 1.The transverse, sagittal diameters and length ofpedicle of vertebral arch of cervical vertebrae （mm）were 6.12±0.60, 7.27±0.85 and 7.27±0.89 in male respectively, 5.33±0.79, 6.73±0.85 and 7.29±0.96 in female respectively, and that of thoracic vertebrae（mm） 6.69±0.65, 13.52±0.85 and 11.46±0.94 in male respectively, 5.97±0.86, 12.38±0.99 and 11.42±1.03 in female respectively, that of lumbar vertebrae（mm） 13.81±0.7,15.71±0.81 and 12.62±0.95 in male respectively, 11.71±0.89, 14.64±1.09 and 12.14± 1.05 in female respectively. 2. There were significant sexual differences among the transverse, sagittal diameters and length of the pedicle of vertebral arch. 3. Difference of the transverse, sagittal diameters and length of the pedicle of vertebral arch of the adult between north area and Shiyan area was significant. Conclusions： For the adult, there are significant sexual differences and area differences among the transverse, sagittal diameters and length of the pediele of vertebral arch.
