摘要
基于三维五向编织复合材料编织参数与结构几何参数之间的关系,采用复合材料细观力学的方法计算了三维五向编织复合材料的工程弹性常数,并且利用ANSYS商用软件编写数值分析程序,计算了轴向拉伸下两种几何尺寸的三维五向编织复合材料单耳接头在Yamada-Sun强度准则下的破坏载荷,计算结果与实验数据得到很好的吻合,可以认为该模型和失效准则能够较好地预测三维五向编织复合材料单耳接头轴向拉伸下的承载能力。
The analysis of load response and failure modes of three-dimensional braided composite lugs is a complex work. We calculated the mechanical behavior of three-dimensional five-directional braided composites by the rela- tionship between three-dimensional five-directional braided composites parameters and geometrical model parameters. Finite element method was used to predict tension failure load of the three-dimensional five-directional braided composites material lug with Yamada-Sun criterion, and the numerical results was compared with experimental data for two lug geometries. The comparison between experimental data and prediction result shows that the present method can predict the bearing strength very well.
