摘要
根据电火花加工中的电极修整原理,提出了一种微型刀具的高效加工新方法。采用该方法,在分析微型刀具电火花加工特点的基础上,针对实用微型刀具进行了制备技术的研究。确定了微细电火花制备微型刀具的流程,并选用两种材料分别完成了特征尺寸为70μm的微型切槽刀的加工。经实验验证,此方法适用于微型刀具的高效加工。对制备过程中影响微型刀具加工精度的因素进行了分析,重点阐述了电火花加工的微型刀具形状精度和表面粗糙度较差的原因,提出了改进措施。通过微细切削加工工艺实验,检验了微型刀具的实用性。
Using electrode finishing technique in EDM, a new method for fabricating a minitype cutter is proposed. The technics to attain the minitype cutting tool is researched based on analyzing the feature of EDM of the minitype cutter. The process of fabrication for minitype cutting tools is determined; minitype grooving tools with characteristic sizes of 70 μm are made of two kinds of materials. The results of experiments show that this fabrication method is applicable to high efficiency fabrication of minitype cutters. The factors that affect the precision of minitype cutters are analyzed, the causes for worse shape precision and surface roughness of minitype cutting tools are described, and the suggestions for improving the machining quality are put forward. The usability of minitype tools is validated with micro-cutting experiments.
