摘要
随着拟南芥和水稻基因组测序的完成,对植物基因组学的研究转入到了蛋白质组学的研究。笔者重点介绍了蛋白质组学的概念和关键技术。蛋白质组学的关键技术包括双向电泳技术、高效液相色谱技术、质谱技术、蛋白质组学的相关数据库等。
With the completion of geneome sequence of rice and Arabidopsis thaliana, it has come into plant proteomics era. This review focuses on the concept of proteomics and key techniques of proteomics. The key techniques of proteomics include two - dimensional electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry and proteomics -related database.
