摘要
中枢神经系统损伤后可造成广泛的感觉与运动功能缺陷。弥散成像技术是近几年发展起来的新技术,可以通过神经组织中水分子的弥散特性,定量反映白质纤维束的完整性及各种病变。本文主要对弥散成像技术在中枢神经损伤与再生中的应用作简要概述。
The injury of the central nervous system could lead to extensive functional incapacitation and the permanent loss of the kinaesthesis. Diffusion imaging, as one water diffusion imaging technique developed in recent years, quantitatively reflects the integrity of white matter fiber tracts and the diseases by the diffusion of water molecules in nervous tissue. This paper reviews the applications in the central nervous system (CNS) injury and regeneration.
