摘要
研究发现制霉素(14.4~16.0mg·L-1)、K制剂(4.0mp·L-1)和孔雀绿(3,0~40mp·L-1)对镰刀菌Fu2和尖F1抑制效果好,而对Fu1-2抑制效果差;优氯净(2.0mg·L-1)能抑制Fu1-2,而不抑制Fu2和尖F1;龙胆紫(1.0mg·L-1)可抑制尖F1,而不抑制Fu2和Fu1-2制霉素对鱼毒性最小,而孔雀绿毒性最大.
Inhibitory effects of nystatin (14. 4 ~ 16. 0 mg. L-1 ), tablet k (4. 0 mg. L- 1 ) and malachitegreen (3. 0 ~ 4. 0 mg. L-1 ) on Fusarium Fu2 and jian F1 were strong, but on Fu1-2 were weak. Inhibitory effectsof troclosene (2. 0 mg. L-1 )on Fu1-2 were strong, but on Fu2 and jian F1 were weak. Inhibitory effects of gentianviolet (1 .0 mg. L-1 ) on jian F1 were strong , but on Fu2 and Fu1-2 were weak. Toxicity of nystatin to fish was thelowest among the dings, but malachite green was the highest.
