摘要 Wnt信号通路在许多生物学过程中发挥重要作用,异常的Wnt信号激活与肿瘤形成有关。分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(SFRPs)是Wnt信号的拮抗因子,在肿瘤中常由于启动子高甲基化而表达沉默,因此被认为是一种抑癌基因。但SFPRs在某些情况下也促进细胞增殖。本文综述近年来SFRPs在肿瘤中的研究进展。 The Wnt signaling pathway is implicated in a variety of biological processes. Aberrant Wnt activation has been linked to tumor formation. Secreted frizzled - related proteins (SFRPs) are Wnt antagonists, and accumulating evidence has suggested that SFRPs act as tumor suppressors because their expression is frequently silenced in cancer by promoter hypermethylation. However, SFRPs may also promote cell growth in some contexts. This paper reviews the advances of SFRPs in cancer research recently.
