摘要
研究了用不同方法浸提的茄子植株浸提液和不同浓度茄子浸提液,对茄子、番茄、生菜、黄瓜等作物的幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,低浓度的浸提液对植物幼苗的生长一般表现出促进作用,而高浓度的浸提液则表现为抑制作用;杀活处理植株生长有促进作用,不杀活处理对植株生长有抑制作用;烘干处理效果比鲜提处理效果明显。其中烘干杀活10mg/mL处理促进作用最明显。
The concentrations of eggplant ( Solanum melongena L. ) extract by different methods, had a 'certain effect on the sprouting of eggplant, tomato, lettuce and cucumber. The results showed that high concentration and inactivation treatment had an inhibitory effect, low concentrations and activation treatment had a promotive effect compared to CK. The effects of eggplant extract by drying treatment were more obvious than by fresh. The promotion of eggplant extract 10 mg/mL by drying treatment and incativation treatment was the most obvious.
