糖蜜酒精废液中一种能诱导纤维素酶产生的物质的分离与鉴定

摘要 利用离心、透析、超滤和Sephadex凝胶过滤等方法从糖蜜酒精废液中分离出一种能诱导康氏木霉产纤维素酶的物质。高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析表明,该诱导物是一种新型的寡糖类物质,它由葡萄糖、果糖、木糖按摩尔比6∶3∶1组成,分子质量约为4200u。这一研究为综合利用糖厂废弃物,为糖厂的环境污染治理提供可靠的理论依据,也为今后筛选廉价,易获得的纤维素酶诱导物开辟了新的途径。 By using centrifuge, multiple steps of dialysis, ultra - filtration with cross flow hollow fiber system, Sephadex gel filtration and freeze - drying, a novel cellulase inducer of Trichoderma knoningii was isolated from molasses alcohol stillage. HPLC analysis identified it as a novel hetero - oligosaccharide composed of monosaecharide glucose, fructose and xylose at the ratio of 6 : 3 : 1 ; size - exclusion chromatography determined its molecular weight about 4 200 u.
