中国制造业服务外包与服务业劳动生产率的提升 被引量:22

Service Outsourcing from Manufacturing and Productivity Growth of Services in China

摘要 制造业服务外包不仅作用于制造业的资源整合与生产率的提升,对服务业同样会产生溢出效应。本文通过建立计量经济模型,验证了制造业服务外包对服务业产出、劳动力转移、生产率及其增长滞后性的影响。研究结果发现:在短期内,制造业服务外包导致了服务业产出和劳动力投入的双重增加,对服务业劳动生产率的净效应具有不确定性,但会加剧服务业生产率增长的滞后程度:从长期看,服务外包对服务业生产率增长滞后性的影响减弱,服务业企业通过服务创新减少劳动力投入量,提升劳动生产率的增长率,缩小与制造业的差距。 Service outsourcing not only influences resource integration and productivity improvement in the manufacturing industry, but also has a spillover effect on service industry. This paper, using an econometric model, verifies that service outsourcing in manufacturing industry does have impacts on total output, labor mobility, productivity and hysteretic nature of the productivity improvement in the service industry. The research results demonstrate that: In the short term, service outsourcing in manufacturing industry leads to obvious increase both in output and in labor input of service industry; Although the net effect on the productivity service industry is uncertain, it aggravates the extent of lag of the productivity growth rate in service industry; In the long run, the hysteretic impacts that the service outsourcing have on the service productivity recede; Moreover, through service innovation to reduce the labor input and improvement of the growth rate of productivity, service industry will narrow the gap with manufacturing industry.
