摘要
对近年来雷公藤及其制剂生殖损伤的临床表现和可能机制,以及中医药防治研究进展作一综述。雷公藤疗效确切,但不良反应明显。因此,其不良反应防治的研究,对探索药物配伍的合理性和规律性有重要意义。
The paper reviewed the clinical manifestation and potential mechanism of gonadal injury of Tripterygium wilfordii and the progression of its relative Chinese medicine therapy. The therapeutic effect of T. wilfordii is certain, but its adverse effect is obviously. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the relative therapy for the exploration of rationality and regularity of drug compatibility.
