美味牛肝菌中油脂成分的提取及其成分分析 被引量:7

摘要 用微波辅助提取的方法提取了美味牛肝菌中的油脂成分,并采用单因素和正交实验研究了提取时间、微波功率、料液配比对提取收率的影响。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1:12,微波功率为900 w,提取时间14 m in,美味牛肝菌油脂成分的提取效率最高达到8.04%。GC-MS检测表明,美味牛肝菌含有26种组分,包括1-辛烯-3醇(19.52%)和1-辛烯-3酮(11.98%)。 The volatile oil components were extracted by microwave method from Boletus edulis. The influence of extracting time, microwave power and the solid - fluid ratio were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were the solid - fluid ratio of 1 : 12, the micro- wave power of 900W and extraction time of 14 minutes. The yied was 8.04%. The volatile oil included 26 components by GC - MC, in which 1 - octene - 3 - alcohol was 19.52% and 1 - octene - 3 - ketone was 11.98%.
