摘要
目的探讨S100与MMP-7在胆管癌组织中的表达及其与胆管癌神经浸润转移的作用和相关关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测36例胆管癌及癌旁组织中S100与MMP-7的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果胆管癌组织中S100、MMP-7的表达阳性率分别为61 .11 %(22/36)、83 .33 %(30/36) ,而在癌旁组织中S100、MMP-7的表达阳性率分别为30 .56 %(11/36)、0(0/36) ;胆管癌组织中神经浸润阳性率与S100的表达水平呈显著相关性(r=0.337,P<0 .05) ,与MMP-7表达水平无相关性(r=0.189,P<0 .05) ;S100与MMP-7的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.048,P<0 .05) ;S100和MMP-7的表达与胆管癌病人生存期相关,表达阳性者预后差(χ2=9.960、5.984,P<0 .05)。结论 S100与MMP-7的异常表达共同参与了胆管癌的发生发展,可能与胆管癌的神经浸润转移有关,二者可作为判断胆管癌预后的指标。
Objective To study the expressions of S100 and MMP-7 in cholangiocarcinoma and their correlation with its perineural invasion. Methods Using immunohistochemical method, the expressions of S100 and MMP-7 in cancer and paraneoplastic tissues in 36 patients with cholangiocarcinoma were detected and analyzed based on clinical data. Results The positive rates of S100 and MMP-7 in cancer and paraneoplastic tissues were 61.11%(22/36) and 83.33% (30/36), and 30.56% (11/36) and 0 (0/36), respectively. The positive rate of nerve invasion was significantly correlated with S100 (r= 0. 337, P〈0.05), but not with MMP-7 (r= 0. 189, P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between S100 and MMP-7 (r= 0. 048, P〈0.05). The expressions of S100 and MMP-7 were related with patient's survival time, and those with positive expressions had a poor prognosis (Z2= 9. 960,5. 984 ;P〈0.05). Conclusion S100 and MMP-7 are both involved in the tumorigenesis and development of cholangiocarcinoma, probably associated with perineural invasion, which can be used as parameters for prediction of the prognosis of this malignancy.
