摘要
不同于新古典主义经济学的完全均衡和静态分析,演化经济学将技术创新置于一个演化的环境之中。在演化经济学看来,技术、经济系统是具有正反馈机制的随机非线性动态系统,系统一旦为某种偶然事件所影响,就会沿着一条固定的轨迹或路径一直演化下去,由此则可能形成技术变迁的路径依赖与锁定。从演化经济学的视角出发,探讨了技术变迁的路径依赖与变迁成因、机理,指出了其缺陷,并从政策层面上提出了解决途径。
Adverse to throughout balance and static analyses of the New Classic Economy , evolutional economy puts technological innovation under the circumstance of evolution . From the perspective of evolutional economy , technology and economic system is a random non-linear system with positive and negative feedback mechanism, once the system is effected by occasional incidents , it will develop along a fixed orbit and track , therefore possibly will form track dependence and locking of technological evolution .This paper, on the perspective of evolutional economy, probes into the causes and mechanism of its pathway independence and changes, points out its deficiency, and then tries to find some solutions from political respects.
