摘要
我国目前正处于医疗卫生重大变革时期。在政府高度重视和社会各界的共同努力下,深化医疗卫生体制改革方案最终得以推进。文章试图从卫生系统的基本目标这一视角观察和审视我国的医药卫生体制改革,并提出医药卫生体制改革中需要包含的几个要素。
At present, our country is in a period of huge changes in health care. The demands of the health system reform has accumulated over the years. The Government attached great importance to the positive initiatives and the specialists have provided a large number of health care reform program and model. This paper attempts to observe and examine the Chinese health reform from the perspective of the basic objectives of health system, and presents several elements required in health reform.
