摘要
通过外包理论分析,充分结合大型医院后勤系统的特点分析了其外包的动因,研究了外包的决策依据和策略,提出了实践中出现的几个问题,为医院管理提供有益的思路。
By the fact that the outsourcing theorerial analysis, have analysed the agent that whose outsoureing combining with the systematic large-scale hospital logistics characteristic sufficiently, the basis and tattles having studied the decisionmaking that the outsourcing, have brought forward several problems appearing in practice, have provlded the beneficial train of thought to the hospital administration job.
