摘要 介绍了将涡流控尘系统与湿式旋流除尘系统相结合的复合防尘方法。采用监测司机位置处和距工作面24 m处的粉尘浓度的方法,针对除尘系统与控尘系统的不同配合方式进行试验研究,获得了控尘装置和除尘装置距工作面的距离、涡流风筒出风口缝隙宽度、压抽比等影响除尘效率的最佳参数值。实验结果对现场使用复合控、除尘系统的设计和配置具有一定参考价值。 In this paper,a complex dust collection method with the conbination of vortex dust control system and wet cyclone dust collection system was described.Experimental study was made on different matching modes of the vortex dust control system and wet cyclone dust collection system by monitoring the dust concentration both at the operator's position and the place 24m away from the heading face,and some best parameters were obtained such as the distance of the dust control system and dust collection system to the heading face,the gap width of vortex duct at the air outlet,the ratio of forcing to exhaust,etc.The experimental results have a certain reference value for the design and matching of the complex dust control and collection system used at the site.
