摘要
目的通过对线纹香茶菜和溪黄草做性状、显微和薄层等方面的鉴别,以将两者区别开来。方法采用入薄层色谱法进行鉴别。结果取石油醚提液,以苯?乙酸乙酯(19∶1)为展开剂,于硅胶G板上展开,在日光下检视线纹香茶菜有2个黄色斑点,而溪黄草无斑点。用乙酸乙酯萃取,以三氯甲烷?丁酮?甲醇?甲酸为展开剂,于硅胶G板上展开,晾干,喷以2%三氯化铁乙醇溶液,两者主斑点无明显区别。结论无论是性状、显微,还是薄层色谱法,都能有效地鉴别线纹香茶菜和溪黄草。
Objective To find out the difference between Isodon lophanthoides ( Benth, - Han. exD. Don) Hara and Isodon serra (Maxim.) Hara by identification experiment of their character, microscopic identification, and TLC. Methods The TLC method was used. Results The petroleum ether was adopted as withdrawal liquid, with Benzene-Aceticether (19:1 ) as developing agent. Then it was spread on silica gel G plate, and was examined under the sunlight, Isodon lophanthoides Hara had 2 yellow spot, but Isodon serra Hara had no spot. The ethyl acetate was adopted as withdrawalliquid, with Chloroform- Butanone- Methanol- Formic acid ( 10 : 1.5 : 0.8 : 0.15 ) as developing agent. Then it was spread on silica gel G plate, and was dried in the air, sprinkled with 2% iron trichloride ethanol aquas, their major spot have no obvious differentiation. Conclusion Isodon lophanthoides Hara and Isodon serra Hara can be effectively identifiedthrough character observation, microscopic identification, and TLC.
