摘要
文中通过分析发达国家海上搜救的四要素及我国的各要素现状,结合作者的搜救实践,指出我国海上搜救的不足之处,并提出相关对策。
This paper points out the deficiencies of SAR of our country by analyzing the 4 elements of the SAR in developed countries and the 4 ones in China; Authors also provide relevant countermeasures combining their SAR practice.
