膀胱癌中Skp2与P27表达的临床意义 被引量:1

The expression and significance of Skp2 and P27 in bladder transitional cell carcinomas

摘要 目的探讨细胞周期蛋白Skp2与P27在膀胱癌组织中的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的关系。方法对73例膀胱移行细胞癌进行组织学分级及分期,另取22例正常膀胱组织作为对照,采用免疫组织化学方法S-P法检测各例组织中Skp2与P27蛋白表达水平,并分析其表达情况与临床病理特征的关系。结果P27和Skp2蛋白阳性表达率分别为38.4%(28/73),50.7%(37/73),P27和Skp2蛋白表达与肿瘤组织学分级、病理分期显著相关。P27与Skp2表达呈负相关(r=-0.201.P<0.05)。结论P27和Skp2是诊断膀胱移行细胞癌、评估恶性程度有价值的指标。 Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of P27 and Skp2 in the progression and prognosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The pathological stage and histological grade were assessed in 73 cases of surgical resected bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Twenty-two cases of normal bladder tissue were used as control.The expression of P27 and Skp2 was tested by immunohistochemical method, and related with the clinical phase. Results The expression rate of P27 and Skp2 was 38.4% and 50.7%, respectively. Both P27 and Skp2 expression were related to histological grade and pathological stage of tumors, closely. The Skp2 protein expression was negative correlated with espression of P27 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (r=2.201,P〈0.05). Conclusion P27 and Skp2 are important prognostic factors for patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
