摘要
为考察腐殖土填料强化SBR工艺处理生活污水的效能,将添加腐殖土填料的SBR反应器与传统方式运行的SBR反应器进行对比试验.结果表明,腐殖土填料可以提高腐殖土填料SBR反应器对有机物的降解速率,在相同的运行条件下可以提前30 min完成有机物的氧化;在硝化阶段,腐殖土填料有助于活性污泥发生好氧同步硝化反硝化现象,相比传统的SBR工艺反应器对NH4^+-N和TN的去除率提高了6%和5%以上.腐殖土的添加缩短了SBR工艺的有机物氧化时间,提高了硝化速率和硝化程度,对于提高处理效率和降低运行费用具有重要意义.
In order to investigate the efficiency improvement of SBR process by the addition of humus soil, the SBR reactor filled with humus soil was compared with conventional SBR reactor. The experimental results show that the degradation rate of organic substance in SBR reactor filled with humus soil is higher than that in conventional SBR reactor with the action of humus activated sludge ; and under of biodegradable organic matter is completed for 30 min in advance. During the same condition, the oxidation the nitrification period, the addition of humus soil contributes to the occurrence of SND and the nitrfication rate increases in the humus soil SBR reactor, and removal rates of NH4^+ - N and TN are increased by 6% and 5% respectively. The addition of humus soil shortens the oxidation time of organic matters and the nitrification time of NH4^+ - N, which can improve the treatment and reduce the operation cost.
