摘要
目前智能电网的建设已经成为各国发展的趋势。对国内外智能电网的研究现状进行了综述,提出发展安全、经济和清洁运行并重的智能型电网的基本思路,论述智能电网可能的发展方向,总结出智能电网建设过程中的关键性支撑技术。同时,指出我国当前制定电网安全、经济与清洁运行的技术规范和国家标准的迫切性。
Smart power grid construction has become the world developing tendency now. The paper describes current study on both domestic and abroad smart grids, puts forward basic ideas about developing power system security, economical and clean operation in parallel, discources possible developing direction of smart grid, and sumarizes key assisting technologies in process of smart grid construction. At same time it also points out the urgency to work out technical specifications and national standards for grid secure, economical and clean operation.
