摘要
以交流特高压变电站1100kV GIS设备特高频(UHF)法测量局部放电的应用实例为基础,介绍了用特高频(UHF)法测量GIS局部放电的原理以及内部传感器的构造。通过特高频(UHF)法和常规脉冲电流法同步测量,找出特高频(UHF)信号和视在电荷之间相互关系,结合工厂内的试验数据,得到UHF信号的衰减值,以便现场就可以直接观察出局部放电的电荷量。
Based on practice of UHF measuring partial discharge of UHV AC substation 1 100 kV GIS devices the paper introduces partial discharge principle of the method and sensor structure inside. Through synchronized measurement with UHF method and conventional pulse current method (IEC60270) mutual relation between UHF signal (mV) and apparent charge (pC) and UHF signal attenuation value can be obtained in combination with factory test data. Therefore partial discharge amount can be observed directly in the field.
