摘要
目的建立原子荧光光谱同时测定玉米中砷和锡的测定方法。方法微波消解消化样品,优化实验并选择仪器的最佳测定条件,同时测定砷和锡。结果砷的线性范围为0~40μg/L,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.050μg/kg,加标回收率为99.0%~102.8%;锡的线性范围为0~200μg/L,相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.32μg/kg,加标回收率为91.8%~101.4%。结论该方法具有较高灵敏度、准确度、精密度和较低的检出限,能够满足样品中砷和锡同时测定的要求,省时、省力。
[ Objective] To establish atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and determine Arsenic and Stannum in cooked corns by microwave digestion simultaneously. [ Methods] After digesting samples with microwave, Arsenic and Stannum were determined under optimum conditions of instruments. [ Results] Linear range of Arsenic was 0 -40 μg/L, correlation coefficient was 0. 9998, lower limit of detection was 0.050 μg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was 99.0% -102.8% ; linear range of Stannum was 0 -200 μg/L, correlation coefficient was 0. 9994, lower limit of detection was 0.32 μg/kg, the recovery of standard addition was 91.8% 101.4%. [ Conclusion] This method has high sensitivity, accuracy, precision and lower limits of detection, can satisfy the requirement of determination of Arsenic and Stannum simultaneously with less time and effort.
