摘要
借助于有机食品生产基地的管理与经营实体,本文为有机食品生产基地的劳动力优化配置建立动态规划模型,该模型即有机食品生产基地的劳动力动态转移模型的应用,不仅为有机食品生产基地和农民带来了经济效益,而且也启示了我国农村和农业改革的思路。农业生产的"公司化"或"农场化"将是我国农业生产的进一步发展方向。
In the 30 years of reform and opening-up,the rapid economic development in China provided new opportunities for rural labor force.In this paper,a dynamic programming model was established for the management and operation of organic food production base.It is proved that the model can scientifically allocate the labor force of the base,which not only effectively reduces the costs in labor management,but also offers new direction for China’s agricultural development and reform.
