小剂量雷公藤内酯醇对荷卵巢癌大鼠体内抑瘤作用的观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究小剂量雷公藤内酯醇对荷卵巢癌大鼠体内抗肿瘤作用。方法将40只F344大鼠右腋窝接种F344大鼠卵巢上皮低分化腺癌细胞株细胞悬液,成瘤后随机分为5组:空白荷瘤组,顺铂组,0.1、0.05、0.025mg雷公藤内酯醇组,每组8只。上述5组大鼠分别给予腹腔注射生理盐水2mL/d,顺铂3mg/(kg·d),雷公藤内酯醇0.1、0.05、0.025mg/(kg·d),均隔天给药,连续10d。结果0.025、0.05、0.1mg雷公藤内酯醇组对大鼠卵巢癌皮下瘤具有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率分别为27.85%、35.63%、49.34%;上述3组大鼠瘤重与空白荷瘤组相比,有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论雷公藤内酯醇在体内具有抑制大鼠卵巢癌的作用。
