摘要
主要将机液复合式的机械设计思路运用到矿用测井仪器的推靠机构当中,从设计结构上取代了原有的纯机械结构形式,并运用ADAMS软件构建3D模型,针对不同的工况对关键元件进行动力学仿真分析,并得出分析曲线。这种设计方式结构紧凑,在原来机械驱动的基础上加入液压系统,避免了因机械装置卡死造成推靠臂折断,损坏井眼等弊端,保证测井仪器的安全回收,节约大量成本。
The thought of hydraulic and mechanical complex system into logging tool eccentering machinery was introduces, and replaces the traditional pure mechanical structure, and uses ADAMS software to create 3D model, and finally,attains result curves through dynamic analysis which point to different key units in different working conditions. This structure avoids the failure of breaking eccentering machinery arm caused by seizure of drive screw , and damage the testing well. So it can withdraw the logging tool safely, and low the cost a lot.
