摘要
军用履带车辆上的弹性联轴器常见类型有盖斯林格联轴器、膜片联轴器、橡胶联轴器等,文中主要分析三种不同类型的联轴器的阻尼和刚度特性,理论研究弹性联轴器对某型车辆动力传动系统固有频率的影响,同时研究不同联轴器对系统集中质量的振动角位移幅值以及轴系的振动附加转矩和附加应力等的影响,为弹性联轴器的设计和发动机与传动系统的合理匹配提供依据。
The elastic couplings styles used in the heavy vehicle include the Geislinger coupling, diaphragm coupling, rubber coupling etc. The three style couplings have their own dynamic stiff and damping characteristic. The different elastic couplings have significant different effects on the natural frequency, as well as the vibration angular displacement amplitude of the lumped mass, the additional vibration torque and stress in the crankshafts and transmission shafts. This research results have been applied to the design for some elastic coupling and the match analysis between the engine and transmission.
