摘要
针对目前涂布机干燥系统的控制普遍存在自动化程度不高、缺乏理论依据等情况,设计了一种基于涂布机干燥系统最优工艺参数的自动控制系统,给出了它的电气控制部分设计方法。该系统通过对涂布干燥设备的参数优化与控制,结合先进的PLC控制系统,实现了干燥系统的节能减排,使干燥系统能够在最优工艺参数下高效的自动运行。
The existing problems of coating machine dryer were analyzed, which were low automation degree and lack of theory basis. An automatic control system of coating machine dryer was designed based on optimum process parameters, and the electrical control design method was introduced. The system realizes energy--saving and emission reduction of coating machine drying system, and ensures the operation of coating machine drying system to run scientifically and automatically with the optimum process parameters.
