摘要
通过建立偏载车辆的动力学模型,考察偏载对转臂定位转向架运行安全性的影响。以某高速车辆在直线上的运行为例,对比分析不同偏载形式对行车安全性的影响趋势。分析结果表明:所有偏载都会影响车辆的行车安全性,随着偏载的增大,车辆运行安全性指标逐渐变差;但不同偏载形式对行车安全性的影响程度是有区别的,横向偏载对车辆行车安全性影响较大,而纵向偏载对车辆行车安全性影响较小。因此,为了提高车辆系统的行车安全性,应尽量减小车辆的偏载,尤其应严格控制车辆的横向偏载。
A dynamics model of vehicle with partial load was set up to investigate the influence of the partial load of car body on the running security of bogie with rotating-arm. As an example of a high-speed vehicle running on the tangent track, the influence trend of all kinds of partial load on the running security of vehicle was comparatively analyzed by simulation. Analysis result shows that all of the partial load would affect the running security of vehicle system. Along with the increasing of partial load, the running security of vehicle would be getting worse. But then the different partial load would have different influence on the running security of vehicle system. The lateral partial load has larger influence on the running security of vehicle system and the longitudinal partial load has less influence. Consequently, in order to ensure the running security of vehicle system, the partial load should be minished as much as possible, especially the lateral partial load should be strictly controlled.
