摘要 大庆外围油藏储量巨大,但长期以来一直存在难以有效动用的问题,因为该低效油气田的储层保护问题难以解决。针对大庆外围油藏储层特点,通过科学的实验设计,在室内实验的基础上,研究出了一套保护储层的无固相钻井液技术,重点解决无固相钻井液滤失量大、抑制性难提高的问题,优选出了一套性能优良的无固相钻井液配方。该钻井液对储层的伤害小,有效地减小了固相损害、水敏、水锁和贾敏效应,滤失量小于6mL,流变性好,密度调节范围宽,抗污染能力强,符合钻井完井液技术要求,在大庆外围"三低"油田具有较好的应用前景。 Reservoir protection technology has long been a bottle neck in developing the reservoirs in the periphery of Daqing Oilfield.To minimize the permeability impairment of the reservoir formations,a solids-free drilling fluid was formulated and optimized as to its filtration and inhibition properties through laboratory experiments.The study showed that this drilling fluid minimized the effect of solids invasion caused by the drilling fluids previously used,and water sensitivity,water block were both reduced.The filtration rate was reduced to less than 6 mL.The rheology maintenance and mud density control can be easily realized.It can be used as a drill-in fluid in the periphery of Daqing Oilfield.
