摘要
目的:评估复方磷酸可待因口服溶液对小儿呼吸道感染的的止咳、化痰、祛痰效果。方法:将2007年1～12月间确诊为急性呼吸道感染伴有咳嗽、咳痰症状的2岁以上小儿180例,随机分为观察组90例,对照组90例,比较复方磷酸可待因口服液、复方桔梗氯化铵口服液两种药物起效时间、镇咳持续时间、临床症状总有效率。结果:复方磷酸可待因口服溶液起效时间(0.56±0.22)h,短于对照组,持续时间(4.18±1.76)h,长于对照组,P均<0.01。临床症状总有效率(咳嗽90.0%,痰量及粘稠度71.1%)均明显优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:复方磷酸可待因口服溶液是适于2岁以上呼吸道感染患儿的快速祛痰止咳药品,镇咳效果好,镇咳作用持续时间长。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of compound codeine phosphate solution in treating children with acute respiratory tract infection. Methods： One hundred and eighty children, more than two years old, with acute respiratory tract infection with symptoms of cough and phlegm were divided into two groups： observation group and control group in 2007. The therapeutic effect and effective rate of both groups were observed and compared. Results： The effect of compound codeine phosphate solution started earlier （0.56 ± 0.22 h） and its duration lasted longer （4.18 ±1.76 h） compared with those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The improving-rate of clinical symptoms （90.0% in cough and 71.1% in phlegm） were better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Compound codeine phosphate solution is suitable for children elder than two years and with acute respiratory tract infection. It has a good and quick effect in treating and relieving cough and phlegm in children.
