摘要
目的:建立猪殃殃药材中绿原酸的薄层色谱鉴别与含量测定方法。方法:采用TIE法对猪殃殃进行鉴别;采用HPLC法测定绿原酸含量,色谱条件为:色谱柱:Phenomenex Luna C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10:90);检测波长:327nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:35℃。结果:各批猪殃殃药材TLC色谱中均能检出绿原酸;绿原酸眦色谱峰与其它色谱峰分离良好,进样量在0.0892-0.4460μg范围内,呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为96.99%,RSD=1.17%(n=6)。结论:本法简便快捷,结果可靠.为控制猪殃殃药材的质量提供参考。
Objective: To establish methods for determination and the TLC identification of chlorogenic acid in Galium aparine. Methods:TLC and HPLC were adopted to identify and determine Galium aparine. The chromatographic conditions were: Phenomenex lama C18 (2), (4.6mm × 150mm,5μm)column as analytic column; Acetonitrile- 0.4%H3PO4 water solution (10:90) as mobile phase; detection wavelength at 327nm; column temperature at 35℃ ;flow rate at 1. 0ml· min^- 1. Results: chlorogenic acid was identified by TLC and determined by HPLC. The liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0. 0892 - 0. 4460μg, r = 0. 9997. The average, recovery was 96.99%, RSD = 1.17%. Conclusion: These methods are simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used to enhance the quality control of this drug.
