南京市女性腰椎后前位骨密度与绝经的关联性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析女性腰椎(L2-4)后前位骨密度(BMD)与绝经的关联性,为进一步预防绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)提供依据。方法江苏省南京市52名50-54岁的女性无症状健康体检者,根据是否绝经分为2组,即绝经组23例和未绝经组29例,使用GE Lunar Prodigy型双能骨密度仪测量观察对象的腰椎2-4(L2-4)BMD,分析L2-4BMD与绝经的关联性。结果绝经组BMD异常13例,占56.5%;未绝经组BMD异常8例,占27.6%。2组BMD异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),绝经组BMD异常率明显高于未绝经组。结论江苏省南京市女性L2-4BMD异常与绝经显著相关;女性应当在绝经前开始预防绝经后PMOP。 Objective To provide some evidence for preventing postmenopausal osteoporosis by analyzing the relevance between lumbar dorsaventral bone mineral derasity (L2-4 BMD) and menopausal in women. Melhods 52 symptomless women, age 50 to 54 years in Nanjing City were randomly divided into 2 groups, pest- menopause (PM) group and nulli - menopause (NM) group. L2-4BMD of the women was detected by GE Lunar Prodigy dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). Tscore less than - 1 was regarded abnormal. The database was set up with EpiData software 3.1 and the statistical analysis was performed with SPSS software 15.0. Results In PM group, 23 women had an average age of 51.98 ± 1.28, 13 of them had abnormal BMD (abnormal rate 56.5%). In NM group, 29 women had an average age of 51.67 ± 1.29 years, 8 of them had abnormal BMD (abnormal rate 27.6%). There was no significant difference in age between two groups ( P 〈 0.05), but BMD abnormal rate in PM group was obviously higher than that in NM group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There were significant relevance between abnormal lumbar dorsaventral bone mineral density and menopausal in women in Nanjing City. The beforehand prevention of the postmenopausal osteoporosis should be done before menopause.
