摘要
阐述了电子政务中政府知识管理的基本内涵,分析了网格技术的关键要素及其核心问题,进而提出了一种基于网格技术的电子政务知识管理框架模型,并对其实现的关键问题作了进一步的阐述.在此基础上,对网格技术在解决我国电子政务信息服务问题中的作用进行了探讨.
Electronic government is the product of information age. The appearance of e-government has brought up deep influence to public administrative reformation. This paper explains the connotation of knowledge management, introduces the basic concepts of grid, and analyzes the key elements of grid technology and the core issue. A model of the knowledge management of E-government on the basis of grid technology is proposed along with the elaboration of the key problem for its realization. On this basis, it points out major problems in the information service of e-government, and discusses the role of grid in solving these problems.
