摘要
对某220kV变电站发生粉碎性爆炸的主变压器高压套管进行现场解体,指出套管发生爆炸事故的根本原因是套管本体内部绝缘被击穿,提出应加强套管制造过程的质量检测和加强运行中套管的在线检测,及时发现缺陷,避免事故的发生。
Upon on-site strip inspection of the exploded HV busing of a 220 kV main transformer, the root cause of the explosion was deemed to be the insulation breakdown in the bushing proper. It is indicated that quality inspection during the manufacture of bushing and on-line monitoring of bushing in operation should be strengthened, so as to discover defects timely and avoid accidents.
