我国质量管理活动内部关系及其作用机制研究 被引量:2

Study on Internal Relationships and Mechanism in Quality Management Practices in China

摘要 质量管理是企业的重要管理活动之一,对其内部关系的研究有助于更好地开展质量管理工作,但此方面的研究在我国还比较少见。文章以重庆市制造企业为样本,利用最优尺度回归与路径分析的方法,对质量管理活动内部关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,企业中的高层支持通过对员工参与、员工素质、统计控制和产品设计的作用,经过五条路径对流程管理产生影响。结果也显示,我国企业中的员工参与和员工素质活动有待加强。 Quality management practices are one of important practices in enterprises. It is helpful for the implement of quality management to study on internal relationships in quality management. But it is rarely reported on this respect in china. With the use of optimal scaling and path analysis, the internal relationship in quality management is investigated empirically in which Chongqing manufacturing in- dustry is chosen to be the survey sample. The conclusion indicates that leadership support impacts on process flow management by the mediation of employee involvement, workforce aptitude, product design, statistical control and feedback and goes through five paths. The result also shows that employee involvement and workforce aptitude practices need strengthening.
