摘要
目的:观察人参保心片对小鼠应激性反应及大鼠脑缺血低氧保护作用的影响。方法:采用常压耐低氧、抗疲劳游泳和脑缺血低氧实验检测小鼠存活时间,用双侧颈总动脉结扎法分别检测对大鼠实验性脑缺血的影响。结果:人参保心片能显著提高小鼠的抗低氧能力,延长游泳时间,降低脑缺血大鼠的脑指数。结论:人参保心片可提高机体抗应激反应能力,对脑缺血低氧具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Renshenbaoxin Tablets on anti-irritability in mice and protective action of cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats. Methods: Normal hypoxia tolerance, brain hypoxia and anti-fatigue swimming test were used to measure the survival time and the anti-irritability in mice. The model of cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats was established by ligating bilateral carotid artery, the effects of Renshenbaoxin Tablets on the experimental brain hypoxia and brain capillary vessel permeability were observed. Results: Renshenbaoxin Tablets could obviously enhance the anti- hypoxia ability and prolong the swimming time of mice, decrease brain index and cerebral edema with cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats. Conclusion: Renshenbaoxin Tablets can increase the ability of anti-irritability and has obviously protective effect on cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats.
