摘要
本文介绍一种用于油田含油污水除油的新技术,利用旋转流产生的离心力,将存在密度差的油水两相混合液分离开来,对油田含油污水进行除油处理,具有分离效率高、分离时间短、体积小,操作维护方便的特点,特别适合于我国油田目前高含水期的含油污水处理,也可用于两种非混溶性液体的分离与提纯。
This paper presents a new treatment technique for oily wastewater in oil field. The principle is that use swirling flow to provide a sorting mechanism for separating water and oil from oily water by utilizing both different density. The technique is characterized by high efficiency, short treatment time, compact structure and light weight, easy operation and maintance. The technique is specially suitable for the treatment oily polluted water in the stage of highly contaning water in our country's oil field at present, and can be also used for separation or purification of two liquids.
