摘要
目的分析急性肾衰竭（ARF）的预后及影响因素,为早期防治提供临床证据。方法对277例AFR患者进行回顾性分析,并对其预后进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示：年龄OR=1.026,少尿OR=11.363,分级OR=24.228,未血液透析OR=16.017。结论影响AFR预后因素包括年龄、少尿、肾衰分级、血液透析。
Objective To explore clinical evidences for intervening acute renal failure early, to summarize the prognosis of acute renal failure, and correlated factors. Methods 277 patients of acute renal failure were reviewed. Several prognosis factors were evaluated by Muhinomial Logistic Regression. Results Muhinomial Logistic Regression ： OR for age = 1. 026, OR for oliguria = 11. 363, OR for grades = 24. 228, OR for without hemodialysis = 16. 017. Conclusion Age, oliguria, grades, hemodialysis have been proved important in the prognosis of patients with ARF.
