摘要
为提高企业对排放法规的重视,加强对排放控制技术的研究,对我国摩托车排放法规现状进行了分析,结合对WMTC测试循环及欧洲汽车排放标准的研究,预测未来第IV阶段排放法规标准。同时,对排放控制技术路线进行了研究,分析了电控燃油喷射、二次空气喷射及催化转化器等技术的可行性。其中,电喷系统结合催化转化器,电喷系统结合二次空气喷射及催化转化器的方案可以满足未来更高的排放标准。
To raise enterprises' consciousness to the emission regulations, the motorcycle emission regulations in China was analyzed combined with the study of WMTC Test Cycle and Euro auto emission STD. The emission regulations STD of Phase IV in the future were predicted. The hnical route of emission control was studied. The feasibility of techniques such as EFI, secondary air injection and catalytic converters was analyzed. Among them, the scheme of EFI system,combined with the catalytic converter and the secondary air injection as well as catalytic converter,can fulfill more advanced emission standards in the future.
