摘要 企业铁路道口机车来往作业频繁,因行人、机动车抢道造成的交通事故时有发生。为了规范道口行车秩序,提高道口交通安全,记录道口违章情况,起到对车辆和行人的威慑作用,并为执法部门提供有效证据,特设计了具有录像、录音、抓拍、红绿灯信号故障检测及报警功能的"道口电子监控系统"。莱钢运输部8处道口系统投入使用一年多以来,运行稳定、可靠,有效减少了公路对铁路运输的交叉干扰,极大地降低了道口事故率,有效地抑制了机动车驾驶员的违章行为,为铁路道口安全畅通提供了强大的保证。 In the enterprise, vehicles always are very busy. Because pedestrians and motor vehicles cut in, traffic accidents frequently occur at the crossing of railroad. In order to standardize traffic order,enhance the crossing safety, record the case of traffic violations and provide the effective evidence for law enforcement agencies, we designed especially "the crossing monitoring system" with video recording, audio recording, image-capturing, traffic signal failure detection and alarm function. This system that was applied to eight crossings in Laiwu iron and steel company last year is stable and reliable. It has effectively reduced interference between road and railway, greatly reduced accident rate at the crossing, effectively inhibited violations of motor vehicle drivers and ensured the safety of railway.
