基于均匀设计法评价节蓼对麦长管蚜的生物活性 被引量:5

摘要 基于均匀设计法研究了节蓼全草的不同提取液对麦长管蚜的触杀和拒食作用。结果表明:乙醇浸提液对麦长管蚜具有较高的触杀活性;水蒸汽蒸馏液对麦长管蚜具有较强的拒食活性。乙醇浸提液对麦长管蚜48h的致死中浓度(LC50)为23.01mg/L;水蒸汽蒸馏液对麦长管蚜24、48h的拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为26.51、25.64mg/L。丙酮浸提液对麦长管蚜的触杀和拒食作用不显著。 Studied contacting and antifeeding against Macrosiphum granarium from the herb of Polygonum nodosum PeTs. with various extractions through uniform design. The results showed that the 48 h LC50 of death was 23.01 mg/L of ethanol extract, the 24 and 48 h AFC50 of antifeedant were 26.51, 25.64 mg/L of wet distillation liquid. As a result, ethanol extract had high contacting activity, wet distillation liquid had strong antifeedant activity, acetone extracts had indistinctively effect on contacting and antifeeding ofMacrosiphum grananum.
