阿尔茨海默病的免疫异常机制及免疫指标 被引量：3

摘要 阿尔茨海默病（Alzhemier＇s disease，AD）是一种多见于老年人的渐进性神经系统变性疾病。通常病情呈进行性加重，患者逐渐丧失独立生活能力，最后死于并发症。来自实验及临床的研究资料提示动物模型及患者的体液免疫反应和细胞免疫反应功能异常。AD患者与健康同龄老人血清和脑脊液中T细胞、B细胞及细胞因子等出现明显差异。AD发生的免疫异常机制也成为目前研究的热点。
