摘要
我国高职院校职业生涯辅导的理念、课程结构、课程内容选择和组织方法都处在初步探索过程中,高职院校全程职业生涯辅导课程的开发有其深刻的政治背景和特殊的现实意义。对我国高职院校职业生涯辅导现状和不足的总结和分析,以及对其研究趋势的展望,有助于为该课程的开发和相关研究提供借鉴思路。
The career guidance curriculum of Chinese Vocational Colleges is in the process of preliminary exploration, including the idea, the structure, the select and organization of content. Developing the whole career guidance curriculum of the Vocational Colleges has its profound political background and the special practical significance. The status quo and shortcomings on our career guidance curriculum of Vocational Colleges are summarized and analyzed, and furthermore trends are studied in this article, so as to provide references for the curriculum development and the related researchses.
