摘要
目的:应用Delphi法研究中国护理硕士研究生培养能力的设置。方法:应用Delphi法对30名护理专家进行函询。结果:各类专家对护理硕士培养能力熟悉程度无差异,专家协调程度高。结论:培养能力的研究为中国护理硕士研究生培养目标的制定提供了参考依据。
Objective:To explore the Chinese Nursing Master' s ability by Delphi method. Methods:This study used Delphi methods which was conducted 36 nursing expert questionnaire inquiries. Results :There was no different on familiarity of nursing master training capacity, the coordination level of expert was higher. Conclusion:They offer the reference how to plan the training objects of chinese nursing master.
