摘要
用纸色谱分离法进行低聚果糖的定性、定量分析,用碳柱进行产物的纯化分离,从土壤中筛选出一株能高产低聚果糖的菌株6.222,此菌属于霉菌。得出其最佳发酵条件为:初始pH6.0,温度30℃,时间25h。
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of fructooligosaccharides (FOS) were accomplished by means of paper chromatography.Purification and separation of kestose,nystose and fructosylnystose were carried out by carbon column chromatography.A newly isolated strain——6.222 was found to produce highcontent of FOS.The optimal culture conditions of the FOS producing strain were as follows:initial pH,6.0;temperature,30℃;time,25 h.
