低聚果糖的检测及其生产菌株的筛选 被引量:7

ANALYSIS OF FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES ANDSCREENING OF ITS HIGH YIELDING STRAIN

摘要 用纸色谱分离法进行低聚果糖的定性、定量分析,用碳柱进行产物的纯化分离,从土壤中筛选出一株能高产低聚果糖的菌株6.222,此菌属于霉菌。得出其最佳发酵条件为:初始pH6.0,温度30℃,时间25h。 Qualitative and quantitative analysis of fructooligosaccharides (FOS) were accomplished by means of paper chromatography.Purification and separation of kestose,nystose and fructosylnystose were carried out by carbon column chromatography.A newly isolated strain——6.222 was found to produce highcontent of FOS.The optimal culture conditions of the FOS producing strain were as follows:initial pH,6.0;temperature,30℃;time,25 h.
