摘要
为解决养殖场孵化禽类幼雏中出现的,与出雏率有极大关系的,禽类孵化过程中温度曲线的长时间精确控制问题。系统利用高性能的数字温度传感器DS1626和MCU SC9321P配上继电器和电热丝,设计了一个低成本自动孵化器。系统程序按预存控制曲线自动控制孵化过程。实际测试平衡状态温度偏离小于0.1℃,出雏率达到了92%。表明该系统在控温能力和出雏率上具有优势。
The article designed an incubator with temperature sensor DS1626, MCU SC9321P, relay and heating wire. The system can control temperature as hoped. It solves the problem of temperature contro- ling in incubation period of poultry that has a lot to the success rate. The bias temperature at equilibrium is less than 0. 1℃ . The test result was that 92% of eggs were hatehable. It shows that there are advantages at temperature control and success rate.
